About Cub Club

Cub Club is designed for children ages 4 and 5 who are able to be successful in group programs without parent involvement. Children will participate in games, interactive activities, role play and crafts. We’ll explore the zoo, read stories and meet many animal friends!

Come explore the many shapes, textures, and colors of the animal world. Zoo animals will inspire – and help you with – your art projects!

Bugs & Butterflies

Friday, July 12, 2024 | 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Explore the world of bees, beetles, and butterflies! Discover what it’s like to be a bug and head outside in search of cool insects.

Skins & Scales

Friday, August 9, 2024 | 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Whether it’s smooth, fuzzy or bumpy, each animal’s skin keeps it dressed for survival. See and feel for yourself as you examine zoo animals up close!

Critter Keeper

Friday, August 23, 2024 | 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Learn how to help care for some of our small zoo animals. Children will discover the excitement and patience of being a zookeeper!


  • $17 Members | $19 Non-Members
  • In summer, camp t-shirts are optional and cost an additional $10 during check out. The same t-shirt design is used for each camp. T-shirts are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will be able to pick your shirt up in the gift shop.
