Camp & Class Registration
Our programs fill quickly. When a session fills, a waiting list option will appear. If you’d like to be on the waiting list, please select that option. You will not be charged for the program at that time. If a spot becomes available, we will contact everyone on the waiting list and the first person to register will get the spot.
Zoo members receive discounts on our camps and education programs. If you need to renew your zoo membership, please do so by visiting our membership page before registering.
Waivers & Check-in
Part of the registration process will include filling out an electronic waiver and health form for your child. You will receive more specific details about your child’s program via email 5-7 days before the start date.
Summer Camp Drop off & Pick up: Teachers will meet you outside Gate 4 at the far end of the parking lot about 10 minutes before the camp begins. If you arrive early, please wait in your car. This will be the same location you pick up your child. Please do not enter the zoo to drop off or pick up your child. If you need to pick up your child early, please call the Gift Shop at 218-730-4500 ext. 200 and they will radio the camp teachers to let them know what time to meet you at the gate.
Adults and families who would like to visit the zoo after a program will need to check in at the admissions booth before entering the zoo.
Summer Cub Club Drop off & Pick up: Teachers will meet you at the main entrance about 10 minutes before the program begins. This will be the same location you pick up your child.
School Year Class Drop off & Pick up: Teachers will meet you inside the Main entrance, near the Café, starting 10 minutes before class begins. This will be the same location you pick up your child.
