Animal Experience Add-On (Optional)

Guests may choose to add a 30-minute animal experience featuring behind-the-scenes access, hands-on feeding opportunities, and one-on-one time with an animal caretaker. These experiences offer a closer look at daily care routines, animal personalities, and conservation stories, along with chances to ask questions and see areas not normally open to the public.

Available animal experience options may include:

  • North American River Otters (Logan & Brule) – Tong feed Logan and Brule some fish, view their indoor holding area, and watch a short training demonstration.

  • Sand Cats & Fossa – Feed sand cats, Tony and Pumpkin and get a behind the scenes tour of Koto the Fossa’s holding area (bedroom/training space) and habitat space and give him an enrichment he is sure to love!

  • Sloth Feeding Experience – Give Georgie the two-toed sloth a cookie and feed Bam Bam the Yellow-Billed Hornbill his favorite treat!

Each animal experience includes feeding opportunities, possible behind the scenes views (Otter and Sand Cats) and one on one time with one of our knowledgeable Zoo Keepers

Food & Drink Add-On (Optional)

Complete your evening with a charcuterie board and a bottle of chilled prosecco, perfect for sharing with your group of up to four people.

These add-ons let you shape your Luminary visit—whether you’re looking for a peaceful stroll, an up-close animal encounter, or a cozy night out.
