Guest Services Representative - Spend your summer on Duluth’s Wild Side!
Join the Guest Services Team at the Lake Superior Zoo!  We are looking to build a team of enthusiastic Guest Services Representatives to staff our Admissions, Gift Shop, Café, and Train Depot.  Successful candidates must be friendly, outgoing, comfortable engaging with our visitors, and willing to go above and beyond to provide our visitors with an exceptional guest experience. 

Beginning in May, team members will be cross-trained to work in all Guest Service areas, and should plan to work 20-30 hours per week, indoors and out, through Labor Day.  Weekends and some evenings are required.  If you have a heart for service, a flexible attitude, a creative outlook and enjoy a variety of tasks, this is the summer employment opportunity for you!

Internship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in Lake Superior Zoo internships. The Lake Superior Zoo offers internships in animal care and enrichment. Internships are possible during fall, spring and summer semesters. Applicants must be enrolled in a related college program and seeking internship credit. Your letter should explain your interest in the zoo field and include which semester you wish to intern, approximate start and end dates, days and times of availability according to your school schedule, the project requirement (if any) your school requires, number of credits you are seeking and how many hours your school requires per credit. Keep in mind our internships are generally 1-2 credits.
