A.D.O.P.T. An Animal at the Lake Superior Zoo

Adopting an animal will give you the satisfaction of knowing you are helping care for animals at the Lake Superior Zoo. This is one of many privileges that only a proud Lake Superior Zoo parent can enjoy!

Adventurer

$75 All of the Explorer benefits, plus:

Naturalist

$150   
All of the Adventurer benefits, plus:
  • Your name listed in the Zoological Society's Annual Report
  • Special encounter with your adopted animal
Protector

All of the Naturalist benefits, plus:
  • Name recognition on your adopted animal's habitat
  • Family Zoo Membership
Guardian

All of the Protector benefits, plus:
  • Medium size customized sign on your adopted animal's habitat
  • Behind-the-Scenes Tour for four people - in place of the special animal encounter
  • Ten zoo tickets

A.D.O.P.T. Application
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing

Who will be the lucky animal? Choose the animal you would like to adopt and fill out the application form to begin the process. Every animal that resides at the Lake Superior Zoo is available for adoption! All A.D.O.P.T. proceeds directly benefit the animals at the Lake Superior Zoo through habitat improvements and enrichments. This adoption will expire in one year.
